The Things We Do For Fun

“Touch grass” started as an insult and became life advice. People are logging off and picking up knitting needles, film cameras, sourdough starters, and hobbies they can’t quite explain to their friends. This panel is a celebration of the strange, delightful, and deeply human ways people find their thing. Panelists will dig into what makes a hobby actually satisfying, why slowness and your literal hands feel so good right now, and what it says about us that the antidote to the internet keeps getting talked about on the internet.
