Below is our policy from 2023 and 2024:
Our top priority is ensuring that BookNet Fest remains the vibrant, community-focused event we strive to be while preserving the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors. To that end, all attendees must abide by our COVID-19 protocols and procedures.
While we will require the use of face coverings during the event, it is important to note that the Drury Plaza Hotel does not have requirements in place for face coverings on their premises.
BookNet Fest reserves the right to modify our COVID-19 protocols at its sole discretion. Again, our priority is safety, and we will act accordingly. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping each other well.
COVID-19 WARNING
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending BookNet Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
