Below is our policy from 2023:
Ensuring that BookNet Fest 2023 remains the vibrant, community-focused event we strive to be, all while preserving the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors is our top priority. To that end, all attendees will be required to abide by our COVID-19 protocols and procedures.
While we will require the use of face coverings during the event, it is important to note that the Drury Plaza Hotel does not have requirements in place for face coverings on their premises.
BookNet Fest reserves the right to modify our COVID-19 protocols at its sole discretion. Again, our priority is safety and we will act accordingly. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation to keep each other well.
COVID-19 WARNING
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending BookNet Fest 2023, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
