Shariah (S. Nicole)

Shariah Brown, pen name S. Nicole, is a lover of all things fantasy and fun. She’s the author of “Where the River Meets the Soul”, a black, asexual fantasy romance novel. She’s a huge nerd for anime, a lover of magical girl shows like Winx Club, and an artist through and through. Painting, drawing, singing, acting, etc. You name it? She’s probably done it.
As an author and a huge advocate for black escapism, she pushes for stories that represent black people and other minority groups without profiting from our pain and oppression. Other accomplishments include bringing black hair care products to the campus of her PWI, winning many oratorical competitions, and being told she looks like a fairy by a ten-year-old girl. She aims to be the light for those who need it most.
